At the change of each season I always go into major cleaning, organizing, purging mode.

This season is no different. In fact, I'm even more motivated to let things go as we are in the midst of a potential move. Our home is huge. We've accumulated so much stuff over the course of 18 years of married life, 3 kids, and 2 different states/homes.

I've been going through all of my scrapbook products in my office first. I want to keep only things that I absolutely love and that I absolutely find useful. Everything else is finding its way to a new home. It feels great.

I've realized that I prefer to keep a much simpler, stream-lined space rather than a cluttered space. I tend to use what I have more if I have less of it. Am I the only one that has been slow to catch on to this concept? It's a real eyeopener for me. I feel lighter without so much stuff. I feel happier. I feel more content.

However, right now, I am in the midst of the whole decluttering, reorganizing, feng shui event going on in my office and in my home so it feels more like a disaster zone right now. I know once I'm through cleaning things out and getting rid of things I do not truly love or use, my surroundings and the energy in my home will feel so much better.

I am trying to not let emotions take hold of letting go of material things. I'm being ruthless when it comes to letting a lot of stuff go. I'm determined to not have to pack a lot of this stuff with me on our next move.

I've read quite a few books on organizing and decluttering and many of these books have added clutter to my bookshelves. I will be letting go of most of these books as well. I've come to the conclusion that I can read all I want on decluttering, but my home will not declutter itself by just reading about it.

So, my organizing motto is, Just Do It.
Action.
Movement.
Donate.
Sell.
Throw away. *gasp*
Purge. Purge. Purge.

It feels good people.

Ahni and Zoe Consultant

I love scrapbooking. I love everything about it. I love memory keeping, reliving memories through my stories. It keeps them alive. I get to remember them all over again. As the memory keeper and story teller in my family I'm hoping, one day, my kids will come to cherish these stories as much as I do and I hope that they will treasure each of the stories more and more throughout their lives.

Years ago I was a Creative Memories consultant. My family was young though and I just couldn't keep it going. Well, my kids are now older, still need me, but older which allows me to put in more effort into maybe becoming a consultant again.

In looking into Creative Memories again, I found out that they've turned into a company called Ahni and Zoe, by Creative Memories. Well, looking into the company, it seems they've gone into the pocket photo business as well as a traditional bent. It can still be Your Story | Your Way. I've decided to give it another go and will see how things turn out this time around.

If you want to look into Ahni and Zoe check out my website: ahniandzoe.com/rosanissenbaum where you can learn more about the company. You can order from me or if you're so inclined and want to buy products for yourself or sell yourself, you can join "my team." I think it's pretty cool and keeping memories in any way is a good thing.

Stay tuned. I'll be sharing some of my layouts with their products soon.

Facebook

Isn't it amazing with all the technology we have in the world today from twitter, Instagram, to Facebook and I'm sure there are more, but these are the ones that I use the most. Facebook created a video link that can make a video out of all the photos you have added to your Facebook account since the day you signed on. Here is a link to the one that FB created for me. I love the music and just the way it was put together. What a world we live in today!

If you haven't made one already, you should go do it!

I made this Facebook Project Life card. I'm sure there is some sort of copyright on this sort of branding, etc. So, I've just made this for myself to include in my project life. Sorry I can not share it. I wouldn't want to get in trouble with Facebook now.
